By accessing southernluvbbq.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please don't use the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All text, photography, logos, marks, recipes, branding, and design elements on this Site are owned by Southern Luv BBQ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.
You're welcome to share links to our pages, take photos of our food and share on social media (please tag us), and quote brief excerpts with attribution.
3. Accuracy
We do our best to keep menu items, prices, hours, and locations accurate. We can't guarantee zero errors — call us at (813) 945-2443 to confirm before relying on time-sensitive information.
4. Third-Party Services
Some features on this Site link to or embed third-party services — Toast Tab (online ordering), Google Maps (location), Google Fonts (typography), Netlify (hosting and forms), Google Analytics (traffic measurement, with your consent). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.
5. Forms & Submissions
When you submit a form (catering, franchise, careers, newsletter), you confirm the information is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. We use submissions only as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form on this Site
- Attempt to access, scrape, or scan the Site in ways that disrupt service
- Use the Site to send spam or unwanted communications
- Reverse engineer or copy the Site for competing commercial purposes

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
We try to flag known allergens, but our kitchen handles common allergens (wheat, dairy, soy, egg, nuts, shellfish). If you have a serious allergy, please tell our staff before ordering — we'll do our best to accommodate, but cross-contact can occur.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
